Welcome on the website of the Golden Dragon Cup,

On behalf  of the GDC Committee, let me thank all the participants and their coaches, the demonstration performers, volunteers, visitors and last but not least our sponsors for helping us make of every edition an event to remember.

From our perspective it was quite a success and we hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have. But we believe there is still much room for improvement and that’s why we want to give you the opportunity to support us by giving us constructive feedback concerning the tournament.

GOLDEN DRAGON CUP, Belgian Open All Martial Arts Tournament

13th Edition 

For this year's tournament we are proud to announce the addition of the extra competition type, namely Semi Full Contact (last year it was called Quinda), because of its success last year.

So to clear any confusion, we will present this years edition again as last year, 2 competition types, but under new names. Instead of Quinda and Sanda it will be:

1. SEMI FULL CONTACT: Punches to the head are NOT allowed.
2. FULL CONTACT: Punches to the head are allowed.

Both competition types are full contact!

Each competitor is allowed to take part in only 1 competition type.

Participation conditions

• adults, male and female above 18 years can participate
• the competitor must be in possession of a valid insurance
• the competitor must have experience in competition
